Some fun moments there, though Catwoman would have been able to work out Tim's ID since Hush, when Bruce told Selina his own secret ID.

And odd little sidenote; "Name Your Poison" was written by Richard O'Brien of the "Rocky Horror Show" fame.

Technically I think that she might have know from when Bruce adopted Tim , as Bruce and Tim didn't really socialise much in civilian guise for her to make the connection.

I think that this was the first time she called him by his first name though. :)

Wouldn't she technically be his mom rather than his aunt?

She's been a friend of an older friend longer than being his adopted dad's on again off again girlfriend (I mean the last time Selina and Bruce were serious was before Tim was adopted).

I see it being like how my mum got my sisters and I to refer to her friends from school as Aunt Something, and the like.

"Heart of Hush" begs to differ. They may not have dated, but they made the depths of their feelings very, very clear.

Also, in CATWOMAN there was a scene with her in the 'cave with Bruce, where she told him she wanted to give Helena up for adoption, and Tim babysat in the background.

Two things:
1. Casstoons - lol, very nice, love your work espanolbot
2. I understand the rule about having a comic scan per post to make things legal, but since I own about zero and a half comics and I only have a few random panels on my computer or hanging around my house that I could use to make a post legal, would I have to ALWAYS have a different one, or can I be forgiven for reposting one two times? Not in a row though, mind you. I just want to throw up a few of my little cheap webcomic creations and such for a peer review.

Actually, so long as it's a 'comic' in some way it needs no legality because it is abiding by the rules. Casstoons, and even your comic, could be posted without a scan included.

I dunno, aside from always having to wonder whether you should automatically hand your birthday and Christmas presents in to the Police, to see if they really WEREe stolen, there'd be the whole feeling confused about the thoughts you were having about someone who was related to you, even if only by marriage.

Oh, come on. Having a sexy cat burgler for an aunt is way cooler than Aunt Harriet or something.

And how do you think Aunt Harriet made a living all those years. If she had the family acrobatic skills I can imagine her making quite a career as the Silver Spider, jewel thief extraordinaire.

Okay, you have a point.
Either way it's better than old farm women with Christmas elf fetishes. O_o

Robin may have dressed like a Christmas elf, but he was her NEPHEW so any fetishes would have been very, very wrong!

Technically I meant MY aunt, who's got every room in her house bedecked with red and green and little knobbly dolls grinning down at you from every surface. In truth I can't go in there without wondering whether it was the inspiration for some bizarre silver-age nightmare sequence of Robins multiplying out of control...

Heh. I pulled a few strings and had 'Name Your Poison' played at the school's Homecoming dance, along with the 'Time Warp'. Richard O'Brian is simply awesome.

I love your Casstoons. "You didn't wash it first!"

I know I'm in the minority here, but I kind of miss casstoon's old cut and paste style. I perfectly understand why you changed, but I had grown rather fond of it.

Yeah, I can see what you mean. But I hope that as I refine the art and later learn how to use GIMP to colour them in, people would like them just as much as the old ones. :)

Superboy, series 2, #85.

I spent months tracking it down after seeing a couple of loose scans, and I want to spare others that pain.

I feel very enriched for having watched the video. Thank you.

And hahaha, YES! Dick's whole "no, don't worry about him, I'll deal with him. We can't be having anyone other than me, Tim and Jason taking up more than a few panels in this comic!" thing was something that bugged me, too.

I have to ask - what's the deal with all those ghost cavemen (or whatever they are) that Tim, Kon and Cass are fighting in that one scan?

I'm rather surprised at just how awful the writing on BFTC is. It's also being quite sexist, with all the females getting either knocked out, ejecting girl's into Croc's mouth or just generally being throwaway. I think this is best summed up by the beginning of the Casstoon with Dick's hilariously obvious conclusion and Jason totally mocking for it. Also, the use of the cliche "This is something I have to do myself"? Classic.
