It's not the swimwear. It's the perspective Daniels uses, both at the pool and later in costume. Both times it's a shot of Dick, either as we're watching Selina's front or as we're watching her back. It's not a big deal by any means, just a little surprised nobody else seemed to think anything of it.

It's comics. We're all so inured to T&A that we don't notice it when it's not absolutely egregious.
