Bruce has to be at least 35 (by whatever sliding scale DC uses) and Morrison made a point several times in his R.I.P run to make it clear Bruce is in his 30's. Therefore, 35-39, with Selina being about the same age (and Zatanna who was retconned into a being childhood friend the same age even though that doesn't quite fit into her history as being younger than the original JLA).

	Bruce was 25 when he started his career as Batman, Selina was in her late teens in Y1. Bruce adopted Dick in Batman: Year Three when Dick was 12 (current continuity). This puts them 15-16 years apart. Dick is now 27-28. This makes Bruce 42-44. And Selina 38-40. That's the timeline, retcon all you want, Morrison. What's so wrong about being over 40?
