Swamp Thing 44: The Bogeyman
In many ways, Bissette's finest--and most "Bissette-ey"--sequence in the whole run.

The Cereal Convention also has a cross-reference to Hellblazer, with special guest speaker the Family Man failing to show up--because he's been killed (or otherwise eliminated, I forget the details) by John Constantine.

Are any of the other serial killers from anywhere, or are they original to Gaiman?

I believe the rest were new for the story, and aside from the Corinthian and, just recently, Funland, none of them have been seen since.

The Boogeyman returned briefly, alongside Dennis Barclay, as Arcane's zombies in issue #125.

The black guy who talks about how he hates the whole damn world including himself is based, at least in what he says, on Carl Panzram.(who Joe Coleman did a great story about in BLAB) Don't know about the others, but Finland did show up again recently, I think.

The Family Man was indeed killed by JC.
