The men leave and Tsar mourns his canine companion,afterwards batman shows up. Tsar hear batman talk to him and then angrily blames bats for ruining his plans. Bruce easily dodges,the whip attack and grips Tsar wrist to apprehend him the villain gives up.

Famous last words of the issue"Gotham haves The Batman, Moscow got "The Bear" lol.

I've missed a lot of this storyline, because my computer has been chewing up and spitting out most of the scans, but - if 'Gotham has the Batman; Moscow got the Bear', does that mean that the Bear is now Moscow's protector? It'd be interesting if it did - the city's former most feared hitman turning into its new superhero.
