The men leave and Tsar mourns his canine companion,afterwards batman shows up. Tsar hear batman talk to him and then angrily blames bats for ruining his plans. Bruce easily dodges,the whip attack and grips Tsar wrist to apprehend him the villain gives up.

Famous last words of the issue"Gotham haves The Batman, Moscow got "The Bear" lol.

Whoa, that guy sheds something awful, bet the vacuum cleaner has to come out twice daily at least. I mean, the lower left of the first scan, yikes. No, I didn't stare at it for an inordinate amount of time. It's the flying fur against the yellow background that I was noticing, I swear! Uh, ... these are not the droids you're looking for, retro can go about his business?

I've missed a lot of this storyline, because my computer has been chewing up and spitting out most of the scans, but - if 'Gotham has the Batman; Moscow got the Bear', does that mean that the Bear is now Moscow's protector? It'd be interesting if it did - the city's former most feared hitman turning into its new superhero.
