Totally seems like something that was meant for Kamen. But that they chose Ingels takes the possible saccharinity off it.

Yeah, Ingels wasn't really their go-to guy for sweetness and light.

Which is why it's interesting how this plays against that. I'd really like to know if the story was written with Ingels in mind.
