They were pretty heavy handed with the Romeo and Juliet hints over in Titans that Raven loved Gar but didn't want their relationship to end in tragedy so broke it off with him for that reason. Gar hasn't been hostile to Raven, but she's pushing him away as hard as she can.

I can't see why anyone would dislike Gar and Raven getting together. Of all the Titans, those two have always been the most lonely and I think they need each other and complement each other nicely. The very few moments of this long neglected romantic subplot have been very cute. I was wary of the pairing at first, never would have occurred to me back in the Wolfman days, but I warmed up to it and would like to see where Henderson takes it.

But agree I don't want it to be the new Dick/Kory. Kory was way more into him than he was into her, and I didn't like seeing her throw herself at him. I'd like to see Raven stop pushing Gar away so it doesn't look so one sided.
