	I can't wait to see more of Beast Boy and Raven on this team! Gar was so adorable with her, and I like that he isn't being shown as walking on the team as the perfect leader. It will be fun watching him prove himself, a great opportunity for growth for a character. (Reply to this) (Thread)

So, Power Girl was the leader of the new JSA, except that actually she was insecure about the role and sort of ceded it to the Jay and Alan and now Magog is taking over. And Dinah was the leader of the JSA, except she was basically incompetent, being undermined by the Trinity, and then disbanded, and Hal is taking over. And Cassie was the leader of the Titans, except she's nervous and insecure and so Beast Boy's going to take the reins.

Now, I'm not saying there's a pattern, here, but I think there just might be a pattern, here.

Jaime's complaint about his armor seems kind of out of character to me . . . also his calling out of Gar in such a direct manner. I feel like he'd be more like, "Hey, listen, I know this sucks for you, but, um, you are the leader of this team, so, I mean . . ." instead of "HEY LOOK AT EVERYTHING I'M DOING FOR THE TEAM ALSO YOU SUCK."

I'm not even going to touch what's going on with Cassie rn, but I will say that the art blows. It blows hard.

Ya know, complaints about Raven's odd biology annoy me.

I mean, she's been in that new body a while and part of a superhero team for an equal amount of time. In all that time, she's never had a medical exam?

Just seems like a cheap way to get some drama.

"She's been a member of our team for years, yet we never thought to type her blood, get a baseline, nothing in all that time! And when this crisis passes, we'll forget then too!"

...That panel of Gar!Wolf is 1000 times scarier then Trigon!Raven ever was. Ever.

Speaking of those two: Reviving the ship?... Please, no more...

Not to mention Cassie giving up the leader role for Gar is such a disappointment and a huge step backwards for both characters. Then again this is a title with the word 'Titans' in it.

And, of course the cat's not Megan's. She's obviously a dog person.

Due to not having a comic book store nearby, I have no idea what's going on. Why is Raven like that? Why is she with the Teen Titans and not with the Titans? Why is Gar all lovey dovey with her when they were still acting pretty hostile to each other in Beast Boy's "Day in the Life" Titans Issue?

That saying, I really dislike this ship and wish they'd give it a rest. I'd hate for it to be the new Dick/Kory. I'd very much like to see them explore relationships with people who, oh, I don't know, are not on their team?

I mean, I understand that he's probably still a bit worked up over the fact that his friend got blown up, which I suppose could lead him to be oversensitive about Titans matters, but he's kinda acting like a jerk here. 'You're broken up over the fact that your friend, who you've known and fought alongside since your early teens, is in danger. I am so glad I dropped this title.

WTF is up with Gar looking like he escaped from sideburn hell? (whichever decade that would make it.) Joey looked better with the muttonchops but did they let him keep them?
I'm not a fan of how they're changing Gar's look. He looked better normal-but-green.
And I may be out of touch but have Gar and Raven ever been an item? As far as I can remember there was Raven and Wally (though that was all somewhat non-con), Raven having a thing for Dick, and Raven and some guy who looked like a scruffier Dick. I'm probably out of touch.

BTW, that thing above Raven at the top there? Is that a Cyber-conversion chamber from Doctor Who?
