Who: Everyone except for undefected Ophiuchus
Where: An abandoned dorm
When: Day DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYMORE
What: Fuck yeah rebellion!!!

[There have been people trickling into this abandoned dorm all day, some even wearing dorm-lined clothing perhaps. It's unfortunately devoid of furniture, but there are several jugs of water and glasses sitting in a corner for refreshments. If anyone was hoping for snacks, however, they'd better have brought their own.]

He was cruel to generate power for the sake of his wife, the Pale Maiden, Flowers.

The notes we found with his keystone in ...that Judge's realm indicate that, rather than a true death cause by us, he let his consciousness disperse because Flowers and Messenger made it clear they no longer wished him to continue as he was, so he had no reason to be.

I believe if he were called on to aide them he would work towards their cause, which is the same as ours. But to call him now would no doubt bring King's attention to him, and us, and thus to Messenger, who cannot lie. We've put him in enough risk. Right now King is busy plotting our last game. I wouldn't wish to distract him from his ceremonies enough to come poking around more to figure out why we are bringing Judges back when thus far we've only eliminated them.

It would be better to make room in our plans for him while we're still settling on how it to go about it.

Then bring him back and keep him hidden. Librarian is still here, isn't he? King doesn't know about that.

Librarian's situation seems to be unique. I've never seen the Judges maintain a human form other than a few times at Wish Ceremonies...

I doubt the pull of power of him reviving, much like the scattering of the Judges we've destroyed, wouldn't go unnoticed. And I doubt more that it would be ignored.

Then we should leave him out of it entirely. We have plenty to distract King with, already.

That's too big a risk to take, with not enough potential gain.

It's all or nothing for this, we risk everything with ever piece of this plot. We're treading more into the Gambler's domain than anything sure at this point.

But we do already know that Trickster isn't overly fond of King.

[Why are YOU stepping into this? :|]

You're willing to gamble on that? We have distractions already. We have half a dozen keystones, among them both of his sons. We have the judge who plans to challenge him for the throne ready to issue that challenge, and we have a quill from Storyller that can change reality.

You're proposing that we introduce a judge that wanted us dead and suffering in the middle of a plan that involves delicate timing on the off-chance that he'll listen to reason before slaughtering us all. Are you even listening to yourself?

While having possession of his keystone will stumble him, having the other keystones may not even give King pause, if we mean to use it as a distraction... He already knows we've been looking for them, and with how many Judges have been destroyed so recently he should know already that we're quite capable of killing more. That he is ignoring it all and focusing on simply getting rid of everyone implies that he only values his own life above anything else.

I don't believe it is merely an off-chance that Trickster will listen... [deep breath] He wanted us suffering to generate energy, we were always returned. We have seen from Messenger's heart and memories that he is closely tied with Messenger and Flowers. We have Surgeon's notes, none of which have been untruths, that he dissipated because his games were no longer wanted by those two important to him. His past was that of a god of whimsical innovation, cleverness, and cunning, not one who simply slaughters for the sake of it as Queen did. I believe being key in an event like this would appeal to him, and is not too risky a gamble for the time it would buy and the disruptiveness of his domain. There is no other Judge more suited to being King's opposing element.

...Perhaps one of Storyteller's quills ought to be saved to unwrite King's ward.

Queen was the judge most suited to being King's opposing element. She was chaos to his order, and now that she's dead, he'll be stronger.

As for King ignoring everything else to focus exclusively on himself... Delphinus has something else of his, don't they? The one they got caught taking to tip him off in the first place? Why don't we unveil that, as well. Even if the others won't keep his attention, that should- and it's safer than taking your belief of the inner good nature of a judge known for torture and murder on faith.

...fine. One for the ward, then.
