[The Call to the Arena is a jaunty tune, cheerfully trilling down the scales of a pan flute.

When you arrive, the Messenger sits on the throne, looking markedly better than the last time you'd seen him there. He sits, leaning forward, with elbows on his knees and expression mischievous. He holds a finger up to his lips, in a "shhh" gesture.

You find yourself unable to speak. ♥]

Mm, but the thing is... My mother never wanted me to leave, I asked her if I could go see that lantern festival for my birthday, and she locked me in the dark and sang a song about how if I ever went outside I'd be eaten by cannibals, or bitten to death by snakes or the plague... She was terrified of me ever getting hurt. But... I really wanted to go outside. I wanted to see the lanterns, and I wanted to know what grass felt like, and I wanted to go out and read as many books as I could... Even if there are scary things, the world is such a wonderful place.

	I felt really guilty about it... When she was out, a man named Flynn Rider climbed into my tower to hide. He was a thief that had stolen the lost princesses crown, so I knocked him out and stuffed him in my closet. Later, I... Kind of blackmailed him into taking me to see the lanterns.
