[There's no sign he's WITH Izaya, but a brand new Ophiuchus blank in the same colors is checking out one of the broken down buildings with a certain keen interest...]

Accurate, then...

[Glances back...]

I did some research last night... Good to see it matches at least.

Haha. You're fast. Better than some of the other new ones we've gotten. Research, was it? Learn anything interesting? Or was it just the lay of the land?

There's information available, only a fucking moron wouldn't take advantage.

Just the lay, I haven't had time to go through all of the dossiers yet.

There's a number of interesting people here, you'll find.

And most Ophiuchus don't really bother with information. Their loss has been my gain, really.

How so?

Maybe it's just me, but the one who has the information, has the ability to take control of situations.

... unless Uraeus is involved. They're troublesome like that.

I've noticed that trait.

Whatever, I'm not staying at bottom rankings. They can get the rest of them eaten for all I care.

Haha. To be honest, we have been slacking off a bit. I was planning on a few things to give us a bit more of an edge. Beating out Uraeus and depriving them of sporks is always amusing.

Fortunately, this is only our first time at the bottom. Caduceus was last for over three turns before. But they've been a bit more productive lately.

A fork-spoon combination. The highest class gets them for use. Although I guess it won't be much fun now that the little green Uraeus is gone. He always threw a fit when he lost that privilege.

Mm. You might have noticed we don't have much in the way of decadence currently. The higher you are, the better the living conditions.

It's provided a lot of incentive beyond pride. I heard that Ophiuchus was rather lazy prior to this arrangement.

It only mattered for a short time. The colored blanks had no idea how things were structured for us for a time.

[Nods, considering.]

Even given our rankings, looks like we're better off than these bastards anyway.

[Leans in the doorframe of the ruin, looking around at the obviously more occupied dorms.]

Haha. Compared to what they had in the East Block, they're better off. But we'll always have a bit more comfort.

I wonder which one has the misfortune of being your favorite.

That should be an easily answered question if you know the type of person I am and know the teams and their different personalities.

That's more of a hobby. I would hardly call him human, let alone one I like.
