Sure it is. Why shouldn't they take the easy route?

I threw the fight and he's still got a re-broken arm, a queasy stomach and a shit load of guilt. I get to put my fingers back on and get away free and easy. How would it be any better if I was maimed for weeks or had to make a deal with a Judge?
