[Basically, here is how the game breaks down:

1) Deliberate in your private team posts.
2) Once you've reached an IC decision (or figured out what it will be OOCly), vote in the poll post. DO NOT VOTE IN THE ACTUAL POLL. Comment to your [teamname] with your votes. This is to keep the results private.
3) Sit tight until the second part rolls around. That will start at 9:30.]
