	Jace raises a hand and speaks a single word. the lightning flickers, then dissolves before it can strike home on any target. Nice try. and his eyes flare brighter blue. an enchantment descends on the shadow, empowered by its own spellcasting, dissolving its will and memory each time it casts. 	and those attacks get some nice moderate damage in I'll bring you to your knees! the shadow lets out an indignant roar that neutralizes all effects in the area- it won't do to let anyone else showing him up, now would it, so he just has to strip them down instead (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	is revealed, well off to the side and out of physical range, eyes narrowed It didn't happen the first time; more volume won't help you. swirling blue mist bleeds from the air, invading the shadow's ears and eyes. with it, it brings a wave of vast weariness, the urge to sleep forever. 	clearly, it's time to stop screwing around. Blue and black energy crackles around Jace's hands, and he clenches his fists. The psychic assault is limited by the bracers, of course, but nonetheless it's devastating; a crushing assault on mind, memory, senses and the function of the body itself.*
