Welcome to Harmony. It’s a lovely place, clear blue skies and attractive buildings. It’s funny, but even though all you can remember is this place, it feels like you’ve never been here before.
Why does it feel that way? Well, probably because it’s true. Sssh, don’t tell; this is a giant experiment, one you can’t get out of. We care about you here in Harmony, and you’re very important to us. We hand picked you from your world, because there was just something about you. We know you will be helpful.
It’s important that you feel at home. Almost like you’re not in an experiment at all. So we’re going to give you a new set of family, friends, and memories. Because, don’t forget – we care about you. We want you to feel at home, seeing as from now on, this is your home.

So here’s the gist – your character was plucked from their world, and brought to this one. It’s unclear if it’s an alternate dimension or even a different planet. The place has similar atmosphere and appearances as Earth, but how would you ever know if it was or not? From there, something happened to their memory. It’s not clear how that happened, either. All you know is there is a little scar, on your neck, right below your hairline. Maybe you had it before. Or maybe, it has nothing to do with your memory. You have no idea.
After you were brought here, and your memory erased, a new one was implanted. Some got a new brother or sister, some got new friends, and some even got new spouses or fiancés. It’s weird, really. You feel like you know them so well, and at the same time, like you don’t know them at all. You have a job, and a place to live. You have a memory of going to school at Harmony High, and parents that have died peacefully. You remember every aspect of this place, because after all, you’ve lived here since you were born.
In addition to all that, from time to time, you’ll get a call from the Doctor’s office. You’ll come in, they’ll give you a supposedly harmless shot, and you’ll be on your way. Strange thing is you’ll start to feel really different after you get that shot.
Is it the shot? Or is it something inside you?

It's the end of the world.
The Mayans predicted it. So did Nostradamus, the Hopi Indians, and countless others through the centuries. The
methods were all different: some believed it would be caused by humanity, by wars and technology. Others believed it
would simply be an inevitability of nature: the sun finally going supernova and taking Earth with it. Still others believed
it would be God's work. A new beginning for the righteous and eternal suffering for the wicked.
In some ways, they were all right. And they were all so terribly wrong.
No one, not even the true religious fanatics, could have believed something so simple as killing a demon could unleash
Hell on earth -- but it did. Oh, not in the way anyone expected: there were no rains of fire, no rivers of blood. The sun
still rises every morning and sets every night. The End came quietly in the night, a wave of demons that left pure
destruction in their wake.
It's been three years since the door to Lucifer's prison opened. Millions are dead, and most of civilization lies in ruins.
But the few that remain aren't quite ready to give up humanity's grip on the world. Hunters have banded together for the
first time in recorded history, and they're not alone. They have help from on high, but the question on everyone's mind
is:

Heated Sanguine - New Orleans Based Original RPG Hidden in the world beneath the cloak of darkness are those that the light shines on too brightly for mere mortal eyes. An abandoned King and a forgotten race of Fae are all that remain of a world torn apart by the battle of the races of time. Elf against Lycan, Fae against Vampire until all that remained were the skeletons of lost races.
Wandering the world, the vampires hid further into the night, lycans retreated to the deepest forests. The Fae slid into their underground world keeping their magic to themselves and the Elves were lost to the world and mixed into the blood of humans so much so that it was rare to find a pureblooded one anymore.
Cities are built, worlds change, a King wakens and searches for his lost lover. Their power combined is enough to reawaken a sleeping world of myths, darkness, and fairytales. In this modern day world he is no longer a King and refuses its confines. Always a reluctant King, he has done his last deed for those of this world.
Now they are all awakening, called to the power of the combined population and some...some are content in the shadows no more.. |

Wanted Characters We welcome and encourage players to try out all we have to offer. There are always openings for lines, desires for other races to come in. We'd love to see more species of Lycans, more male Fae, Elves are a little short as well. Enlightened vampire's would really help the line come along and the plots come to into play. Still, no matter what your flavor or craving, there is always something here at Heated Sanguine for you!. |

September, 1978.
School is back in session and though students should be safe within the walls of Hogwarts, one of Voldemort’s Death Eaters has infiltrated the school, securing the Defense Against the Dark Arts position. His mission? To kill Albus Dumbledore.
The Dark Lord Voldemort is nearly at his full power and if Dumbledore is taken out of his way, he will have full control. After spending months fighting the Imperius Curse from Lord Voldemort, Minister of Magic, Millicent Bagnold, has completely broken from the Dark Lord’s control, a result of weeks of deception on her part. Aurors nearly caught Voldemort, but three Aurors were killed in the process and now the weakening Department of Magical Law Enforcement is getting desperate for more man-power.
Professor McGonagall’s daughter has been rescued and has been able to identify her captor; Bellatrix Lestrange. Now the Lestranges are hiding in France; awaiting the Dark Lord’s orders, but the Dark Lord’s plans for them involve using them as bait for the Ministry of Magic.
Even with his top follower on the run and his failings with the Minister, Voldemort has something else on his side; the Horcruxes. Having successfully created two, both in safe keeping, he searches for his mother’s locket and the cup of Hufflepuff, to create even more.
Greyback is turning werewolves secretly and is stalking Remus Lupin’s fiancée, Dorcas Meadowes, planning to do unthinkable things to her. But breaking into the Ministry of Magic has distracted him. Now that he knows Auror Caradoc Dearborn is the one tracking him, what will be his fate?
Alice Longbottom’s father, responsible for the death of her daughter, has been murdered by Bellatrix Lestrange, but the Ministry only has their eyes set on the Longbottoms and Dumbledore for the culprits.
Lucius Malfoy has proposed a business marriage with Narcissa Black and the two powerful families are about to merge and the new Auror trainees will soon embark on a journey that will potentially lead them all to their deaths.
Things are just beginning to get interesting.
