In the year 2008 at Ravenhurst University located in the Malvern, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, strange things have been happening. People have been reported disappearing, and several lives have been lost already. But people keep going about their normal routine, not thinking they would be next. It keeps happening. Friends, lovers, family...The disappearances keep happening, the number of murders rising, unusual for such a small college town.
Are you going to be next? Who are you willing to trust; willing to protect?

Genetic mutation has always been a dirty little secret, one that wasn't easily kept. The government used to be in control of these anomalies, but there was a large jump in numbers at the turn of the millennium. More and more children were coming up with signs of genetic mutation, and blame was being placed everywhere it could be. Government testing, herbal supplements, a new enemy's war tactic, global warming, and the breakdown of the genetic structure itself. There was no explanation to give the families of those changed, and the government's only suggested cure was containment. (continued)

The game is futuristic (in a sense), and takes place in 2021. We allow humans, as well as mutants. The game circles around life between humans and mutants, and how they cope with one another. The game has been around for a year, at least, starting in December 2007 on greatestjournal.com. Now, the game is playing on livejournal.com.

Walt Disney University is a brand new Disney-themed college-aged game, looking for new members and new characters! We've recently opened, but we're looking for plenty of new characters. Professors, graduate students, and undergraduates are all available for play, just as long as they are based on Disney characters (animated animals will obviously be played in human form). Wanted Disney characters include Lumiere, Cogsworth, Captain Hook, Sebastian, Flounder, Hercules, Jafar, Bambi, Thumper, Lady, the Tramp, Lilo, Stitch, Cruella DeVille, The Dalmatians, and many, many more (particularly male characters and villains).

Ever since being created back in the seventies Polari has been one of the many consistent gay magazines in London, never being listed as one of the top ones but never being shut down either. For nearly forty years this has never changed. Until now. After having no choice but sell the magazine due its financial difficulties, Polari has ended up as a property of a huge publishing company whose plan is to change the magazine completely. Make it the gay man’s Cosmo and FHM both collided in one. New staff has been hired to ensure that the magazine reaches it potential. The only few rules upon hiring staff so far have been that they have to be young, stylish and gay.

 |  Deep in the jungle of concrete and trees is New York City, a place that is considered to be the biggest melting pot of the world. It possesses qualities that make it a true Cosmopolitan city: it’s diverse, complicated, and always steeped in controversy. The population of people residing in NYC ranges from the ostentatious sophistication of high society to the daily grind of average Joes, this is New York City. It is a city where people come to make their dreams come true, or simply fall victim to the temptations that await.
Cosmopolitan is a modern, PB-based storyline that welcomes characters from all walks of life; whether they are small business owners, artists, musicians, Broadway performers, college students, taxi drivers, and even sidewalk vendors. Cosmopolitan is not your typical apartment/resident type of storyline. Though, the main focal area is in Manhattan, NY, characters may live in any of the boroughs of New York.
