My name is Stephanie Brown, and I'm the one who originated some of the (now apparently defunct) clinics in the city. I see now that you're in charge of Wayne funding for them. Care to chat? I was absolutely better suited for our old Gotham. I had my detective agency. No one bothered me unless they needed my brain. This place forces me to behave like an actual person.

But, hey most of the scars are still there. So there's that. [Blink, blink.] Stephanie, you were going through mental trauma that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. You were fine. Our marriage simply could not be saved because I was unhappy and felt worthless on a daily basis. You need a man who is better than I am. That doesn't need so much attention. [Blink.] But, thank you for apologizing. The pain is, for the most part, behind me.

Unfortunately, yes. [Blink.] I gain nothing from lying to you, Stephanie. And, words are plenty. [Blink, blink.] We left around the same time, it seems. When I came back, there was a Valentine's Day hotel thing. A couple hero types asked for some changes to be cast over Gotham. More rich people, less mobs and plenty of good feelings to go around. [Blink.] Most of the clinics are gone and while I've offered my services to the woman in charge of the Wayne funded ones, I believe it's likely more in your expertise. She keeps expecting me to fish for what she wants. Likely because while Nigma is an important name in Gotham, it isn't the most trustworthy.

[Blink, blink.] Oh, it's just not my area of expertise, that's all. If she told me what she needed straight out, I'd likely be more inclined to help. Directness isn't my strong suit, however.
