He's always real quiet with you. Or real angry. Long as he ain't hurt, he'll settle some. Wish he wasn't here, though. Wish he was real far away home.

Penny's gone. Asked her to check on the baby, and she thought it real fine to take her instead. Don't blame her. Can't say I know much what to do with a child, but then she disappeared and didn't hear from Shane a week. Wasn't sure- [the cursor blinks] Assuming she's fine now. Shane would say otherwise.
