[He's quiet for a moment, trying to decide how best to phrase it.] I am rather skilled at putting myself in another's shoes. Seeing it from their perspective, feeling what they may have felt. [Another pause.] Too good, at times. Especially when you put that to use helping the FBI solve murders. You can get too far into their head and once you do, it can be hard to get out again.
