Who: Nora and Josh
Where: Josh's trailer
What: A reunion!
When: Evening, during blob rain
It had only been two days since Nora first entered the Dog Park, but it had been a very long two days. After spending several months on her own, Nora was just getting used to seeing people. Real, living people. She had barricaded herself into tiny spaces, often not seeing another living person for weeks. Now, she was overwhelmed by the amount of people she saw. The Dog Park was filled with people, and Nora honestly didn't know how to handle it except to make allies, and fast.
That was something she'd already figured out on her own. She needed to make friends here, and she needed to be wanted by the Dogs. Then, she'd be golden - which was exactly why she was currently walking back to her new home from meeting a few of the Camp Bitches. That was also quite a turn of events for Nora; she had Camp Bitch family now, which basically meant she was in a sisterhood. She wasn't really sure if she wanted something so close as family right now, wanting to maintain her independence and keep figuring things out for herself, but that was how it worked here. Something told her, though, that she'd better go along with all of this, because being alone certainly wasn't an option anymore.
As she walked back to her tent, Nora sighed to herself, feeling herself get lost for the four-billionth time today. All of the tents and trailers looked the same, and she really wasn't sure yet where she was supposed to go. Which was sort of a problem, because as she searched, she also noticed the sky starting to get dark. Nora knew what the sky brought, now, and she couldn't chance not being inside. Where the hell was she?
Just in front of her, Nora saw a blob drop from the sky. Gasping, she took an immediate step back, and considered her options as quickly as she could. In the mass of trailers, Nora spotted an open door and lunged for it. She wasn't sure who was in there or if she was interrupting anything, but she was pretty sure that this option was better than the alternative. Sprinting into the door and shutting it behind her, Nora apologized before she even looked up to see who was there. "Shit, sorry! The blob rain just started and I'm so lost and I saw your door open, so I just -- came in," she ended awkwardly, a little panicked.
