Aisling had been pleased when Andrew had said he'd come to Octavia's wedding with her. She wouldn't have minded any of the boys agreeing, really, for as long as someone came with her, but Aisling certainly wasn't going to complain about having Andrew for company. Especially not when he had gotten so excited about going to New York. Originally, Aisling had planned to just porkey on Saturday morning and then use another portkey to apparate back before the reception even finished, but Andrew's enthusiasm for exploring New York and seeing a musical had been so endearing that Aisling really didn't mind extending the trip. The hotel had been booked for her for two nights starting Friday, anyway, so it was hardly a difficult thing to stay a bit longer.
Going to the wedding, though, especially an Astor wedding, meant that Aisling had to make sure Andrew had an appropriate attire. Any suit wasn't going to just do, not with the sort of company they were going to encounter. Aisling had already picked a dress for herself, choosing rather meanly to go with a mix of white and black, since Octavia really did not deserve joyfully coloured dresses as far as Aisling was concerned. Besides, Aisling thought that it'd be quite fun to have a suit tailored for Andrew. In her opinion, all men needed at least one suit in their life that was specifically tailored for them (and cost a small fortune).
Aisling had booked them in at H-Huntsman in London the moment Andrew had told her that he would be free on Friday. They had apparated to Diagon Alley and gotten a taxi from outside the pub that linked the Muggle and magic Londons together. It hardly took them long to get to the tailor shop and Aisling smiled at the man greeting them as they entered. "Can I offer you any refreshments?" He asked showing Aisling and Andrew to a separate section of the shop, clearly designed for those there to have their suits tailored and made.
"Coffee would be lovely, Eugene," Aisling replied, taking a seat on one of the sofas in the room. Looking up at Andrew, Aisling grinned. "I'm thinking charcoal grey?" She said to Eugene but not taking her eyes off of Andrew. "As I said on the phone, three pieces but perhaps also a coat?" Aisling added tilting her head slightly.
"Oh, yes, I think we can certainly work with that," Eugene drew out slowly, his eyes, too, focused on Andrew.
