"It pays for this loft. It pays for snowboarding in vermont. It pays for the Pittsburgh Institute of Fine Arts." Ouch.

"Now if I don't get on that plane. I'm going to be collecting unemployment in my fucking armani collection." so he does express the severity of his situation to justin here, somewhat...but um, he could have done it A WHOLE FUCKING LOT BETTER. And you know...made an effort to feel bad about it at least.

ugh. and justin doesn't even look so much pissed as disappointed by the end of the scene. :(

It's just like with the birthday present to me. The man just DOES NOT KNOW how to do any of this. He's never had to consider what someone else needed/wanted and so he just takes off like he normally would.

Although, to be honest, this doesn't bother me as much as then. This does have the element of being important to Brian's future and I didn't see Justin being concerned about that at all.

	Yeah, I can see both sides. Brian does need to do this for his job, and Justin should understand that, however Brian could've done a better job of explaining it, and said he'd try to come. And yeah, Justin goes from pissed, to really disappointed. Yeah Tweedy's right-it's like the birthday gift-he's just so clueless. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I second your "ouch." His including that "it pays for the Pittsburgh Institute of Fine Arts" really hurts -- especially since it was so hard for Justin to accept his help to begin with. I literally flinched when he said this. (Reply to this) (Parent)
