Title: Tofu Emergency Notes: Lyrics from U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." Condom: Daphne
“Justin, thank God you’re here!”
Justin looked up in surprised as Michael approached and shoved a crumbled piece of paper into his hand.
“Ben asked me to pick up some groceries on my way home, but I’ve been here for over an hour, and I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.”
Justin scanned the list. “Tofu, miso paste, fermented black beans, cellophane noodles. What the fuck is Ben making?”
“I’m afraid to find out,” Michael winced.
Justin shuddered in sympathy while dialing his phone. “Daph, where’s that freaky health food store you shop at? Michael’s having a tofu emergency.” |

Title: Hanging On Notes: Two drabbles, the first in Justin's POV, the other in Brian's. Lyrics from "Twisted" by Carrie Underwood. Condom: 2 to Daphne
Everybody's telling me I'm over my head. They tell me who you are, what to expect, what not to. They want to save me. Protect me. But they don't feel you loving me. They don't feel you put your arm around me in the middle of the night when you think I'm sleeping. They don't feel you kiss me. They don't see those little slips in your act, where I can see the best of you shining through. And they aren't there, looking into your eyes as you spin me around the dance floor—the best night of my life.

Title: A Million Days Author's Note: Song Lyrics borrowed from A Million Days by Prince. And the Condom Goes To: Daphne
It’s only been an hour since you left me, but it feels like a million days. Brian’s finger hovered over the send button on his phone, before finally giving in and admitting to Justin that he would miss him every second of every day; even if that admission was made by text.
He sat on the side of their bed, barefoot and shirtless, eyes narrowed thoughtfully as he prepared to start the first of many solitary days.
Sunshine’s ringtone caught his attention and he laughed as he read his partner’s message.
New York can wait. Wherever you are is home. |

Title: Dreaming in color. Notes: Set in 5x13; lyrics from Unknown Soldier by Breaking Benjamin. And the condom goes to: Daphne
All I saw with Brian was color, bright blinding color.
Eating Thai food while Brian recites the virtues of good porn is a kind of greenish sea. Coffee in the morning before work is an orange tinted haze.
Of course him fucking me is red. The kind that explodes behind your eyes and doesn’t completely drain away after you’re done.
When he told me he loved me, it was every color. Every color I had ever imagined blended into a kaleidoscope.
Now I’m leaving, and all I can ask is tell me what it’s like, to dream in black and white. |
