Pondering the symbolism of the green apple
So I just used this 102 icon on a comment... afterwards, I was just fixated on the beauty of it as well as the 'bite me' aspect and the way that Brian was actually using it as a form of power and seduction... and all of a sudden, (yes, I was still gazing) it hit me---
Is the apple simply a random prop that stuck or is it actually a purposeful tie in/reference to the Garden of Eden and original sin... the perception in religion that sex equates the fall of man?
Hmmmm. Anyone?
And yes... 'Firsts' ... this actually ties in to our 'Ides of March' theme *o* Okay, it was purely accidental ;p
