WELCOME TO THE IJ QAF FRIENDING PARTY
Whether you're a lurker, a little shy or a big mouth like me, we're all here for the same reason: WE LOVE QUEER AS FOLK
and we want to celebrate our love! One of the loudest messages from QaF is about how you can pick your family and that's how I like to think of all of us.

If you don't know what to say, just tell us how you found QaF or fandom or both. What's your fave fic or who makes the best icons? Maybe mention where you live (your timezone). Or, it can be just as simple as commenting with a smile :D.

I discovered QAF on DVD while the show was still airing. I waited patiently for the third and fourth seasons to come out on DVD and then sucked it up and paid for showtime for the final season.

I never knew there was such a thing as fandom until right after the show finished airing and I went searching...

I lurked for a long time before I got brave enough to start commenting and then eventually writing fic myself. I'm always working on at least one story, usually more.

I tend to post a few stories a month and a handful of random personal posts or thoughts on the show.
