Dark shadows and distant voices swirl together in the warm, moist air. The cat blinks once as he watches from behind his curtain of night. A lone figure stands inside a pool of light, a buzzing energy detectible in his casual stance. Footsteps now, until the one who's waiting isn’t anymore, a second figure joining him within his illuminated circle. A silent stare, a reciprocated smile, a murmur of voices in like-timbered exchange. And then they're moving off, alone together and highlighted against the backdrop of the gotham citied tapestry, fingers entwined, steps in sync, and a single destination ahead.
