Attention 30 Seconds To Mars RP'ers
I'm looking for fellow 30 Seconds to Mars rp'ers who are interested in starting a PSL community with the band. It would be for the band only. Journals would be kept by each of the guys and both AIM, threading and posting of logs would take place. I am open to discussing these as I realize not all people are comfortable with posting logs or even threading. However, AIM will be required.
Here's the catch...
I'm looking for mature rp'ers only. If you're not 28 or older don't bother inquiring. I'm open to discussing plots and idea's. However, all players must be open to Letocest. Yes, that's Shannon and Jared being together. I'm open to darker and lighter themes/plots.
Those interested must have the time and be active. Don't be a flake. It's very annoying.

It's a modern-day world with modern-day people but some of those people are positively ancient...

Long ago, they each slowly faded out, their existance only remembered as fables and tales. During this decline, one deity gathered up and called upon his or her last reserves of power and influence to create a reprieve, of sorts, for them all. They would find their essence, their souls if you will, not dissipated amongst the matter of the Universe but instead reborn inside a mortal body. They would be mortal, yes, their power would be greatly diminished, yes, and they might not even remember what they once were, but they would at least exist.

In the year 500 B.C.E., long before the invention of the portkey, Herpo the Foul created what was known as the timekey. This would allow for anyone to come in contact with it to travel back to when it was created. However, there were several problems. One, very specifically being sending people far into the future, unable to return. Despite the fact that he had made thousands of timekeys, Herpo abandoned the project, going on to discover the basilisk instead. The world would not know of the timekeys, for they were doomed to failure.
However, around 1200 A.D. they were rediscovered by Morgan le Fey. Having heard of the timekeys through extensive research, she attempted to perfect them. She succeeded. The timekeys began to send people back to the very moment she fixed them, people beginning to appear before her in the basement she used to conduct her research in secret. However, there was one thing she didn't count on. Merlin.
He was informed of her research and set out immediately to put a stop to it. Morgana, in her last attempt to save what she'd done, hid them throughout England, most of them ending up right within Hogwarts. As more people appear before her, she will attempt to recruit them to her cause, hoping that they will all turn against Merlin and fight against him. There are those that escape, however. They are now forced to fend for themselves in a time that is not their own. There is only one safe place to go...

In times of intense turmoil and strife, life does what it can to survive. It does what it needs to to thrive, even when the changes that must be made are buried deep within the genes. Evolution. Sometimes it comes in baby steps, sometimes in giant leaps and bounds. Sometimes all it takes is one slight shift, and the change appears. This change is called mutation.
The jump in human evolution that takes place in the early twenty-first century, is a mutation which causes enhancements in the known human condition. With some the change is known from birth, but it takes time in others to develop. The enhancements are unknown to most of the human population, and for most of those who share such a condition, are secrets best kept hidden.
There is an apartment complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, whose occupants are specimens of this new generation of evolved humans. Most of them are hiding their special adaptations. Some have been living in their current apartments for a while now, and some are recent arrivals.
It is unclear as to the motives of fate. The reasons for this specific group of people to be brought together at this specific time in this specific place are unknown. The only thing that is perfectly clear is that every character is a piece that interlocks with others, to make an amazing picture. Where do you fit into the puzzle?

By Order of Gawain Robards, the Minister of Magic, all witches and wizards must report immediately to the Ministry of Magic to register their Blood Status. Those failing to comply will be assumed traitors to the British Ministry and promptly arrested, stripped of all titles and accolades, sentenced to ten days in Azkaban and thereafter released under watch by the Magical Blood Protection Department for a time of one year, wherein they will be brought to trial to reassess their loyalties.
