all day || outside sunset village
[If you happen to be travelling outside Sunset Village, you might've noticed this little group of a white-haired dude and his nearly equally as white-haired daughter, going back and forth from the town, carrying things over to a wooden house a little further past the train station, along the mostly empty greener areas past the Village itself.

Nothing too extraordinary, but someone clearly settling in might feel a little unusual given most people were initially told there were no permanent residents yet, and told of the fleeting nature of this world. Maybe you wonder how are they managing to purchase multiple items already. Perhaps you received your own charm, or requested to stay longer, and would like to chat to people in the same situation.

Or maybe you're just stopping by to listen to the third person involved - the bard, who doesn't seem to be helping much at all, unless you count his music lifting everyone's spirits... supposedly.]

[So despite his decision to be on the road from the moment he arrived, he still hasn't set out farther than Sunset Village. Mostly because he ran into Geralt and he didn't want to leave him alone, but also because it's a good idea to have a place to go back to every now and then. Just because he has the itch to travel doesn't mean he can't have a home.

Contrary to what was said at first, he does at one point bring a few things from the nearby village. Not as many as Geralt and Ciri, though, mostly because he won't be living here permanently. So maybe any passerby could talk to him while doing that.

But yes, most of the time he'll be sitting on the floor with his lute, going between playing some songs to keep the mood light and nice and writing in his little notebook. What's he writing, you might ask? Some ideas for songs, some lists of things he needs to get ready before going on the road. Planning is important, after all.]

[Yes, yes, you're still helping, and of course Geralt wouldn't let you just sit there all day long without moving a finger. Still, it's funnier to pretend he did so he can poke fun at you for being lazy.]

[At some point they'll definitely need a good meal, so he'll come by to recruit you for help. Maybe you can't carry heavy furniture, but you can peel a potato.]

[It's completely valid, it's not like he's not also lazying around. His excuse is that he doesn't have to set up that much stuff for himself if he's going to be leaving soon.]

Are you absoultely sure you need my help cooking? You look like you have it all handled. And I was kind of in a good roll composing something.

[Por el camino llega otra cara conocida (por partida doble), y si dudasen de que sigue siendo el que conocen, además lo viene siguiendo el perrito que tenía en el otro mundo.

Lo cual para él es bastante absurdo de todas formas, porque lo que recuerda es haber vuelto al suyo, por un tiempo corto pero significativo, donde un enfrentamiento con un tipo completamente desquiciado a quien le divierte dar de comer a sus enemigos a sus cerdos entrenados terminó con una decisión importante que tomar; con Hannibal capturado para ser la ofrenda de los cerdos, le ofrecieron hacer un primer corte en su cuello para tentar a los animales... y decidió liberarlo en vez de ello. Lo siguente que recuerda es que le golpeasen la cabeza, así que se perdió la pelea entre este tipo (Mason), su matón, y Hannibal mismo.

Algo perturbador considerando que despertó en ese mismo espacio solo, cerca de una gran mancha de sangre fresca, para luego tener el mood whiplash del siglo al pasar a encontrarse en un puente colorido, siendo recibido con alegría y florecitas. Y el perro.]

[Aún confundido, aturdido, y consciente de que su preocupación por Hannibal es infinitamente más intensa ahora que recuerda años de estar involucrado con él, la idea de quedarse en una ciudad donde estaban festejando y celebrando se hizo intolerable, así que salió hacia el camino más cercano.]

[Donde ahora se distrae un momento escuchando tu música, porque está seguro que la recuerda de antes. Así que se acercará a la casita a curiosear, hola.]

[De momento tiene la misma preocupación, el saber si son los mismos o no. Él de toda la gente sabe no confiarse por un rostro similar (aún compartiendo la pinta con Eli), pero también está claro que su grupito tiene la misma dinámica que antes. Eso es algo.]

[Todo esto hace que las conversaciones iniciales sean un poco más incómodas o llenas de duda de lo que deberían ser. Y eso sin tener en cuenta que un rostro familiar puede no ser el rostro familiar que creías. Esto da dolores de cabeza, ayuda.

Pero sonríe cuando mencionas a Margo. De verdad espera que no sea una Margo distinta.]
