i'm bringing this guy in and i have an idea for someone who works for him. i can give you details but he's an artist/blacksmith. he does custom furniture, gates, staircases and things of the like. she'd deal with clients, keep orders straight, do all the ordering of the iron he needs and that sort of thing. occasionally help him in the shop when he needs another set of hands.

this sounds incredible and i think she'd work hard to keep her position by going the extra mile where possible and trying to get away with occasionally watching him work because the industrial crafts like wood, iron, and glass really fascinate her. she never got to finish college and art education was minimal with only about a year in so she's always kind of scraped by on whatever she could observe and learn from experiences. i made you an ooc to discuss, this would definitely be her first choice job.
