thehudson could i get a day/main job if anyone's looking for coworkers or employees, someone to share rent with, other people in the comics/illustration game, long ago exes, childhood friends, other puerto ricans for family, anything else she might work for

	if i hadn't written mona as the most cosmetically challenged (really due to the pb's style she wears minimal make up and hasn't cut her hair beyond a trim since she was a teen) i'd give it a shot but we could say she was a receptionist there previously for some time and maybe they stayed friendly? 	receptionist is perfect! and gia's big into keeping (most) people in her life so she definitely would have attempted to forge a decent friendship after she left the salon. (Reply to this) (Parent)

i'm bringing this guy in and i have an idea for someone who works for him. i can give you details but he's an artist/blacksmith. he does custom furniture, gates, staircases and things of the like. she'd deal with clients, keep orders straight, do all the ordering of the iron he needs and that sort of thing. occasionally help him in the shop when he needs another set of hands.

this sounds incredible and i think she'd work hard to keep her position by going the extra mile where possible and trying to get away with occasionally watching him work because the industrial crafts like wood, iron, and glass really fascinate her. she never got to finish college and art education was minimal with only about a year in so she's always kind of scraped by on whatever she could observe and learn from experiences. i made you an ooc to discuss, this would definitely be her first choice job.

oh man mona would be such a fan, i'm going with the less often see josan gonzalez for her visuals and have been kind of creating her comic's narrative on my own but i might let her finally get picked up by a ny based publisher finally though i was previously writing her as struggling to self publish her comic and doing freelance work wherever she could pick it up. i'd be down for industry friends or even enemies with friendly competition, anything you'd like honestly

	oh damn idk if she'd have the qualifications for a job there, at best she's done some admin work and at the moment she's doing some day shifts as an artist's assistant. she does illustration so maybe she came in with a consult drafting blue prints (which i know typically is not the same thing, but mona makes friends and is very precise with her work)? i'm good with any of those and developing their friendship from there, though for real she'd be wide eyes nervous and in awe because while mo really has a love and curiosity for sciences, especially astrophysics and aerospace she feels immediately out of her depth. so even doing admin, he'd catch her taking personal and professional notes like "schedule tues meeting (google enstrophy)."
