hey. currently looking for a place that houses a supernatural theme. wolves, vamps, fallen angels, all that muck. that isn't a stickler about AIM. lookin' to play a werewolf :]
also. go check out arilliusmod most amazingly run dark supernatural theme rpg i've ever looked at. slightly daunting at first, but honestly give it a look. everything in that rpg is amazing. the players, the actual originality [not just a unique idea on an old thing, true originality] and the spectacular mod.

<td>After Midnight is a post-Hogwarts game set in the year 2004. It is HBP-canon compliant and AU after that. However, the canon will be followed as close as possible. DH's Epilogue does not exist for this game. Children, relationships, deaths and the like from the ending of HBP forward can be disregarded.
The Second War has come and gone. Voldemort is a thing of the past. After the ending of the second war many people moved on with their lives.. marriage, children, careers, and everything those who took part in the war worked so hard for were abundant. Some, mainly the Voldemort supporters, had to go into hiding for fear of being sent to Azkaban. Peace and tranquility came over the Wizarding World; however, that's all about to change. . .
The Muggles have always been a what if subject. What if they discover us? What if they manage to cross into our world and what if we are forced to go to war with them? Most ignore this what if, but Purebloods have always been weary of losing the only world they have ever known to them.
In August of 2003.. it happened. Somehow the Muggles managed to cross the barriers between the Muggle and Wizarding Worlds. Chaos ensued immediately. Peace and tranquility were a thing of the past. Rash kidnappings of wizards and witches took place. Brutal beatings, posionings, and many other cruelties affected the Wizarding World within the first few months of discovery. The Death Eaters finally had enough and stormed the Ministry, taking control of it once more. More and more Wizards and Witches of all blood types are aligning with the Blood Purist DEs.
Now is the time to choose. Will you stand with those who worked so hard to keep the Wizarding World hidden at any cost? Will you stand with those who tortured and killed your family and friends for so many years?
Or will you stand with those who think the Muggles aren't so bad? Will you stand with those who were loyal to the Order at all costs? Will you stand by the mediators- those who are trying to come to some sort of agreement so the two Worlds can live together peacefully? Is it even possible anymore?
Are you willing to risk your life to ensure that there is a future?
Will you cower in fear or refuse to align with past enemies?
Or will you take a stand for your lifestyle and World?

waldorfhall is one of those hideously character-driven role play games with a dash of mystery thrown in. There's been a murder in a small college town, and it's up to the police and detectives (both professional and amateur) to discover who's behind it, all while the murderer attempts to cover his or her tracks and keep those who know about their dirty deeds quiet by any means possible.

Rebuild (ree-bild) - verb

They say that rebuilding is a process filled with hope, sweat, and joy. The hope of a better future, the sweat from your back, and the joy from the promise it brings. Nobody ever mentioned the pain. Nobody ever mentioned the suffering of the stress or the grief that builds every day you enjoy something a loved one can no longer do. That's when the Aftershock of the situation sets in.
On 2 May 1998, the Battle of Hogwarts was fought. Several lives were lost and many more were injured on both sides prior to Harry Potter casting the final death blow against Voldemort. Numerous Death Eaters were captured and sent to Azkaban to await trial, while others managed to escape.
The dust has yet to settle, and everyone is in the process of regrouping to begin what will be the long road to recovery. Several were brought to St. Mungo's to begin the process of healing, their families taking care of them. The ones who could have begun to start cleaning up and rebuilding what had been lost, while some have discussed starting the hunt for the fugitive Death Eaters.
There were many children from both sides of the War who were left orphaned or otherwise abandoned. The Aurors, in conjunction with St. Mungo's, have set up a temporary home for them, hoping to place them with loving families.
There are many questions. Where does the Ministry now stand? Will the remaining Death Eaters regroup and retaliate? Is the Order still strong enough to handle anything that may happen? Is St. Mungo's able to handle the number of casualties? What about those who want to see justice served against those who killed their loved ones, no matter the cost?
Right now, it is two weeks after the Battle. Hogwarts is currently in a state of disrepair, as are the lives of many who fought there. As everyone begins to pick up the pieces after the War, this is where the game starts. Anything could happen as the aftershock settles in.
We are especially looking for:
Lucius, Blaise, Daphne, Neville, Hermione, Ron, Molly, Arthur, Order Members, Dumbledore's Army Members, and Death Eaters. Many characters are free!
The game is compliant to Deathly Hallows with a few minor exceptions, and is AU after that. The epilogue will not be followed.
