Notes: Welcome to another game event thread! The same rules apply as before; please mark where your character can be found in the event location (i.e., by the bar, seated in the lounge, on the dance floor). If possible, please use a time stamp so we can keep track of everyone. If you have a specific person coming into your thread, please mark the thread with their name (i.e., by the bar, 7:30 pm - daniel), otherwise please indicate that you're 'open'. If a thread is already occupied, please talk with the players before jumping in. Any questions, please contact the mods!

The only acquiescence to the theme that had been supplied by the location selected for the latest Pax event was Flogging Molly blaring from the jukebox crammed so close to the bathroom that men and women alike had to slide their asses over its front, glass-encased menu to pee in privacy. The rest of the bar had been left untouched; the money covering every grimey inch a reminder of all the hard work put into the small bar that kept it alive.

Extra liquor was provided by the complex, entirely unnecessary and yet done regardless. Food was likewise on hand, this time the Pax management sending over their particular cook to create a plethora of holiday-themed foods: bite-sized servings of Irish stew on kabobs, shepherd's pie in small cups complete with edible potato spoons, Irish soda bread, chocolate stout cupcakes, and scones just a small sampling of the menu on hand. The bar's owner had provided her own take on the holiday's culinary offerings with gummy shamrocks soaked in vodka.

Staff was left entirely up to the location's owner, though carefully vetted by Pax management. It seemed all was well in hand by the time the first tenants decided to arrive.

Raven laughed at his antics with no sign of cruelty in her voice or expression, instead taking delight in this off-the-cuff slightly manic man she had stumbled onto.

"Holy shit, are you fucking with me?" A traffic cone? For serious? She had so many questions. How for one, or maybe more importantly, why. It didn't even have the adrenaline rush factor of her stupid antics, "No wait, I believe you, goddamn. I mean, I've done reckless things just for the sheer unholy joy of it so I guess I shouldn't judge."

Raven finished off her beer and signaled for another from the cute waitress before waving her arms at him, "Lookie." She pivoted around for a moment and checked behind her before hooking her ankles around the stool and leaning all the way back, spine bending around the stool. Her hands grabbed onto the support pole for the stool so she could unhook her legs, lifting them so they could criss cross and hover over the seat. Raven made sure she was balanced before folding her hands under her head like she was going to take a nap and grinned daringly at him, "I win!"

Brent nodded vigorously at her understanding. She clearly had as many questions as he had upon seeing this blessedly rare and markedly discomfiting sight, and he already knew he could answer none of them. So he found himself grateful when she moved on to physical stunts, the likes of which Brent had never seen, let alone dared to attempt on his own.

"Dude. Dude. What the heck. Yeah you win, obviously you win." He clapped, seal-like, happy and unabashed. "How?! Were you like in the circus or something?"

For someone who had been born into a crime family and never really considered another profession and therefore lived a number of lies--Raven appreciated people who were the opposite.

Including this loud weirdo, "For a minute, but you just pick up shit around you know?" Half truth, street performing was practically a standard job where she came from, and good training for pick pocketing. She sat up leisurely with a practiced motion, legs unfolding beneath her so she could ask for another beer like a normal person, "Ain't nothin' but a thing man." But she beamed still, pleased like anyone else would be at how impressed he was.
