In the merry old town of Los Angeles
The things that go on are quite scandalous
A sinful ubiquity
Of vice and iniquity
And even such outrageous criminal acts as jaywalking which I have personally observed and about which I intend to write a very strongly-worded letter to the editor or something.

(I'm proud enough of Los Angeles/scandalous; I'm certainly not going to find anything else that rhymes with it.)

We like short-shorts.
Who wears short-shorts?
We wear short-shorts.
Who wears short-shorts?
We wear short-shorts.

Darling, that sort of rhyme-scheme is cheating.

Well, too bad I'm such a rotten dirty cheater. ;D

It could have been worse. I could have gone with this one:

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood
A beautiful day for a neighbor
Would you be mine
Could you be mine...

I don't know which is worse. Is there anything else you're good at, handsome, besides coming up with unusual rhymes? A man like you's gotta have some talent.

If that isn't telling, I don't know what is.

So, then-- welcome back, Mr Templar.

Where have you all been going for your rhymes in the meantime, to say nothing of the various other stellar attributes I bring?

I've only recently been brought back here, myself, and I'm afraid that none of my students are writers yet, so I've been sadly lacking in poetic entertainment.

As for everyone else here-- I've really no idea.

The Los Angeles/scandalous is pretty impressive my man. Though your next verse should go on about the various crimes committed by the corporations in this fair city.

It would take pages, honeybunch, and the Internet might run out of ones and zeroes or something. Tell me, do you mean all of them generally, or are there specifically egregious examples?

Man the internet will never run out of ones and zeros, you've just got to learn to read them right.

I mean in general, but in this town, special case has to be the lawyers.

Oh, ain't that always the way? I met an honest lawyer once - or at least, he said he was honest; but he wasn't snatched up into heaven and beatified immediately, so he may have been lying.

There is no such thing as an honest lawyer my friend.

It's necessary to have virtue as contrast or there wouldn't be vice.

Either a kitten or a puppy. Indoors herbal greenery existence is defined by the mischievous pets we own.
