Hello, lovelies!
Just a little note here about the upcoming tournament. We are in need of a list of fighters so that your mod types can work on organizing who's fighting whom and when.
I'm sure you're all a tad curious so feel free to review the following information:
Tournaments take place on the first Saturday of each month, mutants will be assigned to brackets by lottery drawing and forty mutants compete in each weekend. The rounds are broken into several brackets to accommodate the limited number of fights which can simultaneously take place due to the limited number of arenas. Rounds are single-elimination, non-death match fights (though 'accidents' do still occasionally happen), and fighters are eliminated round by round until only two remain. Owners who are interested may put forward one (or more) of their mutants for the tournament and those within the same color bracket may also put in a request for a specific opponent out of those fighting.
What does this mean for your characters? Well, the extent to their ranking within the fights will be dependent on you and yourevil planning. Please remember, not all fighters can make it to the end and win, in the same vein, they do have to make it somewhere and place in some fashion. Get creative! Request will be honored in the order that they are received.
Humans can visit with theirpets fighters in between scheduled fights, so feel free to get involved if you have an owner in play.
This is a good time to try to inspire your mutants to gain reputation, assuming they do well enough and whatnot. Rules about this can be found on the FAQ (search the page under: Color Block change must be mod-approved.)
