Miranda was nothing but shocked when Julie had contacted her wanting to talk. Their chance, not so chance? meeting in the elevator had gone anything but smoothly. Miranda felt sure Julie would never forgive her for the years of torture that she had left her to. So when Julie had contacted asking specifically to talk with her, Miranda was all to eager to take the opportunity.
She had let Craig know what was happening and then stepped out into the hallway that just so happened to connect the rooms. Walking towards Julie's door was nerve wrecking, if Miranda was honest. But she took a deep breath as she arrived and knocked on the door, waiting anxiously for what was waiting on the other side.
