Since its inception, the Haunted Carnival of Mystic Veil has been a biennial event. Its a highly anticipated event. The Carnival is only open on Halloween Night. No matter what the day of the week it is. There are no classes October 31st or November 1st for the Holiday.

There is no shortage of entertainment at the carnival. There are the typical carnival rides and plenty of Hauntings. There is also a midway for games and food and a well-lit no scare area for those that want a break from the traveling haunters. Everything is free at the carnival and it is well protected from those that would think of making trouble.

Dreams are difficult enough to understand. They range from embarrassing, to frightening, to thought-provoking, to just plain nonsensical. You may find yourself wondering what that was all about, or trying to forget about it as quickly as you can. It may be close enough to reality to confuse you, or dream logic may prevail. Whatever the case, the world of dreams is a way to delve into your psyche and deal with what happened to you that day, your fears, and whatever's on your mind.

With the addition of real magic in the world of dreams it can get even more confusing. The blanket of grief has settled on the school since the most recent attack leading to many sleepless nights. In an attempt to help The White Coven cast a spell meant to bring a healing night sleep with pleasent dreams to school. HOwever their new spell mixed with the dreamwalking magic of their pristest, Brooklyn Salem. Instead of sweet dreams, the spell brought the ability to dream walk to everyone. However they have no control over the dream and can not jump to different dreams. They are stuck where they ended up until they wake up.

THE HOSPITAL

So I am pretty sure we all know what goes here. This is where people can fawn over the wounded, begin to recover, continue the terror of the attacks, comfort loved ones or extra. Whatever catches your fancy!

Threads here can be anytime during the days or weeks after the attack. There are two separate locations listed. First is the Hospital wing at school, this is for the less seriously injured. Access to the hospital wing is very secured. The second is the hospital in town, where the more seriously injured are being tended to. They are all in the same wing of the hospital, which is just as securely protected as the wing in school. The school provides heavily protected buses for the students to get to the hospital to visit and help out. Those buses started two days after the attack. The school itself is under a heavy lock down. The only way out is the main entrance and there has to be a preapproved reason. Approval from anywhere but the hospital is very rare, infuse most students are not leaving campus at all, except to go to the hospital.

There are however an alarming number of students being pulled from the school by their parents. It is an everyday occurrence in the week or so after the attack to see newly emptied dorms or a child fighting to stay or just dragging their bags out the front door. There are many that are convinced this is the end the school.

THE HALLOWEEN ATTACKS

ALL Attack threads can go here. The attacks begin at 12am. ALL the parties on campus are hit and attackers have no hesitation to do damage to anyone they come across. No one is safe. Students can either run for cover or stand and fight.

There will several small bombs going off in various places around the school. While they are small they hold plenty of power to destroy walls and cause severe injury. After the first wave of bombs, going off at Midnight, there were will be several more through out the attack. The attackers then come in to school for more hand to hand with the occupants of the school.

OOC: For the subject line of any threads put the LOCATION, TIME, and WHO in the subject line. The attack will last from Midnight till about 2:30-3:00am when the staff is able to get the school completely under control.

OTHER PARTIES FOR HALLOWEEN

There are lots of other smaller parties being hosted by clubs, teams and students all over the school. This is where you can post the fun stuff that will haven during the evening. The majority of these parties will happen between 8pm until Midnight.

Below are listed a handful of REGISTERED parties. Meaning they are not held in the dorm but rather in one of the large "party" rooms in the school. The OTHER heading is for all the other parties going on. They can be on the grounds, in the dorm or in some other place! for the OTHER parties be sure to write WHO, WHERE, and TIME in the subject line.

THE COVEN MASQUERADE PARTY

Hey guys. I know this is few days late but lets say this was posted a couple days ago. ok? COol! Lets do all the after rescue hospital threads here! Each of the rescued students have their own private rooms and everyone is held in the hospital for at least two days despite the level of their injuries.

Hey peeps! for the sake of organization lets put any thread dealing with the kidnapping BUT by people that are still at the school. So lets put the hospital threads, freaking out guardians and friends, and general mayhem here!

Once the kidnapping was discovered the school went in lock down. The only ones allowed out of the school is the professors and obviously the guardians that refuse to be held back. The hospital security is also tight with only a few visitors allowed.

First for the sake of our sanity we have moved the date for the kidnappings.

Student are taken though out the day today and tonight. ALL students being kidnapped have been taken by 10 pm. But its not until tomorrow morning that its confirmed that students are actually missing.

The targeted students were sent a message from a friend asking them to come in to town. Each student was asked to come to different places, so it wouldn't be suspicious if they compared places. Once they arrived a spell is quite placed on them that prevents any bonded guardians from feeling what the royals are experiencing. they were attacked from behind by several people. The kidnappers have lots of people involved to handle the more powerful students. Some students do escape the kidnappers but not without injury and some others are injured. The kidnappers had no interest in the non royal students that might accompany the targeted ones but they didn't hesitate to injure or take them anyway.

After being kidnapped, the students are held in a large one room cabin in the middle of the woods (NOTE: DO NOT READ THE LATIN!!!!)several miles away from school. The room is large and sparsely furnished. Each of the students are tied with chain either to the wall or the floor. they are constantly under watch by a guard that changes about every hour. They are fed twice a day and have to request to be taken to the bathroom. Communication with the kidnappers depends on which kidnapper is watching them. Some refuse to talk to them at all and others are a bit more abusive. there are a couple that rather enjoy fucking with the minds of their prisoners (Usually the girls)

This date will be presented by the people u pfor auction. All proceeds of this auction go to a local abused women's shelter.
