So some of you woke up with an extra body in the room this week? Mind if I take a look?

Anyway, Rick and I stole a bunch of shit from the weird ass park last week, so if anyone wants a temporary back up body in case of death*, let me know. They're going to take a bit to set up and we need to find a place to store them when not in use.

Also, anyone that wants to see how this works in case Rick or I disappear is welcome to.

(*OOC: it's 2 AC for a back up host body unless you won one for free in the roll this week. These may become more important when we settle into a semi-permanent setting without resetting if you ever choose to risk death for your character.)

	Just the physical body. The pearl, sort of the hard drive of the host, its consciousness basically, won't activate until a transfer of our own consciousness triggered by death. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	The modified pearl would be connected to the person who wanted it. Like sending an email or a Bluetooth connection. In theory, something would have to go really wrong for someone to wake up in someone else's body. But again, since the connection is the pearl, it would be a matter of relocating the pearl to the correct body if that happened. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sorry. Dolores was merged with another personality. I saw it on one of the tablets when I was bleeding out on the roof of the Coronado, trying to figure out what the fuck happened. Right. Of course. I mean, yes, that makes complete sense. Definitely would have been a waste of your time and it’s not like it would have been her anyway. And she wouldn’t have her body which would also be time consuming. I get it. I understand.

If I can help you with anything let me know! The technological aspect isn’t my forte but if you need assistance with the biological aspects of these bodies—I mean I’m certain you’re capable on your own. But if you want help.

The body's easy. I've made mechanical versions of my grandkids. Look and feel like the real thing. I was scrapped for time, so they weren't the best personality-wise, but yeah. Computers have backups. Even if you erase data, it's still there, like a ghost in a shell. It would be possible to get her out, but there would likely be glitches from being overwritten.

Yeah. Maybe. Sometimes could use an extra pair of hands.
