The Lonely City | Day 3
On the medical front, while we're talking about weird things. We've discovered that the patients here, aren't really sick. The local Doctors and staff are assuring us their patients are sick, we check the charts, and everything lines up.

That is until we run tests ourselves, no one here is actually sick and we've discovered that they are being given placebos and sugar pills.
