	Loki admits himself he's a liar. But what is the point when so many others remember? Unless he's lying to himself? Trying to save face? I'm not close enough to Loki to ask him directly myself. Maybe Natasha can give us some insight. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There's another option, which I'd hate to mention but it needs to be considered, that he's gone mad. His initial reaction to Natasha being killed by ghosts was concerning, to say the least. 	By the way, the fishing potatoes? The campus went to a place which was a simulated reality, where we had simplistic features (potato-like) and would do activities such as fish, catch bugs, plant flowers, and basically chill. But if you realized it was just a dream, you would wake up in 'the real world', which was much darker and depressing. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Ah, yes. That was explained to me. It seems that simulation was quite pleasant in its own way, at least compared to what the others endured in reality.

By the way, he truly seems to have no memory of my being here before. He claims the last time he saw me was on Asgard and seemed surprised when I told him that I'd spoken with his mother about Valhalla. I ended the conversation before it got too far, hopefully. I do not wish for him to overthink it too much if it can be helped.

	The simulation wasn't that bad at all. Very pastoral. It was a nice break while it lasted. I wonder. I was going to say that several people have had updated memories happen to them, is it possible that Loki got his memory retracted by Derleth? But then, it seems to be very selective, which makes me think that something else may be at work. (Reply to this) (Parent)
