uhhhh... MewTwo is a pokemon that was genetically made in a lab using stuff from the already very powerful psychic pokemon, Mew. Don't ask me details, I don't know the technicalities. Anyway, the scientists wanted to control MewTwo but MewTwo had enough and broke out and went hurting humans because they decided humans were all lousy. I'm skipping a lot of the story, but that's basically it.
