Aeris blinked as the eternal green of the Lifestream suddenly...wasn't so green. Or the Lifestream, for that matter.
She sat up on the bed she found herself in, raising her hands and studying them with a touch of wonder. This was new. A body, and all that. More than that, one that didn't feel like it was entirely tied to wherever the Lifestream was strongest.
Swinging her legs over the edge, she paused and looked down at herself. That...was new too. Last she remembered, she didn't even own the skimpy little dress she was wearing, much less been interested in wearing it. It looked almost like a mockery of her usual outfit, a soft pink and wovered in frills, though the floofy skirt barely covered anything, and the neckline was something closer to what Scarlet might have worn.
Carefully standing up on the stilleto heels, she headed for the doorway to figure out just what it was that had happened, and whether anyone else was here.
