Where: Outdoor screening of 'Taming of the Shrew' with Elizabeth Taylor, in the Park
There was one joy in being the most revered author, playwright and poet of the English language, was seeing how much the world rinsed and reused his work for their own modern adaptions. It was also a curse upon him! It was that very intent to keep his work alive that had him too stretched thin to ever create something worthwhile again (until now!). That curse was also what allowed him to draw breath, even on this very night. He wasn't a fool!
With his bag strapped across his chest, and a blanket for the cold night air that may approach, he eyed his seat. He'd seen it from a distance, the perfect spot for viewing. Elizabeth Taylor would always been one of his favorites, with her gorgeous violet eyes and dark hair. He had never thought he'd see his Katherine so perfectly portrayed as that beautiful, violent angel. Liz had been quite divine.
He stalked over to his seat and found it taken! Oh the horror! He stood there for what felt like ten agonizing years just staring down at the being that had decided to steal such a perfect seat!
