It started as a playful thing, wherein Kal charmed Lex's bat to say "JUST MARRIED", because that's the sort of thing one's fellow Beater should do when a witch gets married. Idle chatter between the two had revealed that the impromptu nature of the wedding meant that none of the usual celebrations had happened beforehand. Kal, being young and still somewhat naive, thought that this was one of the greatest travesties of recent time, and told Lex that she should really celebrate with her girlfriends anyway, even if it was a bit backwards. In fact, there was this club in Muggle London where Kal had gone with her sister once that hadn't been too bad, even for Kal, who doesn't necessarily love such things....

She really had no idea that suggesting it would somehow turn into planning it. Word of mouth is a strange thing. All it took was one person mentioning it in company, and then suddenly people were passing her at practice, telling her what a good idea it was and to let them know when she'd picked a date. Someone else owled wanting to know the name of the club.

And it just grew from there. Not that Kal minds precisely, but she's rather out of her element here.

	Angus makes it a point of pride to dance once with every lady at least once (including Muggle women, he cannot be contained)! He's an enthusiastic dancer. :D (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Angus is embarrassed by nothing (except Micah flirting with him, that makes him blush) and does his best to make Kal feel less awkward through cracking jokes and being a dork. Also, if you're embarrassed at a club that just means you haven't had enough to drink, so he'll buy her another. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Kal's amount of equal enthusiasm and twirling depends on how many drinks she had at various stages. She's trying not to go too far, but she still drinks a little more than she originally intends. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	He'll try and convince her it wasn't deliberate, but will no doubt just end up laughing along with her teasing. Try and get a dance in before he has too many drinks, his grace level drops with every shot. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
