"Truth is, they don't expect us to be impartial, we represent the compromise between two or three owners on who should represent them. What we're expected to be is collegial, or perhaps just congenial.

"Do you know how status works amongst owners? It's funny-looking if you're on the outside, but it's natural as breathing if you're an owner. Higher status as an owner comes with how much money you make for the other owners. Seats-in-stadia, beer sales, merchandising, international tours, all things that count.

"The rivalries, the Neep, all that are good for business, but the standings chart that matters is kept by Gringotts."
