Maddock of course is looking for Ellie, as usual, and he can see her coming (she's wearing Cannon's Orange!!) But to his surprise, Champ gets there first. He laughs as the pup jumps up at him, so Maddock kneels down so Champ can give him all the kisses.

"Who's a good boy?! Did you watch the match?" Maddock said talking ridiculously to his new pup as he pet and scratched at Champ's ears, seeing his fluffy tail wagging so fast.

He was back on his feet though and wiping his face with his jersey for when Ellie got to him, so he could kiss her without dog slobber!

Ellie didn't bother to hurry her pace, giving Allie and Champ the time they deserved and so clearly needed. So, she might not get dogs, but she did understand that look on his face when Champ played.

"Hey. You did good out there." There was a smirk on her face as she threw her arms around his neck. "All half hour of play." She didn't necessarily give him space to reply as she jumped up, wrapping her legs around his hips to kiss him. It was really the best way to overcome the height difference between them.

Oh? The back of that jersey that used to say Maddock? It might now read "Cannons Destroyer."

Maddock made sure that Champ's leash was wrapped around his wrist by the time that Ellie got there. He didn't get to reply (probably for the best because he would have either said something about only getting two goals or not being sure if his Captaining really helped or if his team was just awesome) but he grinned as Ellie jumped up and he caught her and held her up because it's tradition!

He kisses her back and it's no less enthusiastic than usual after post match. Maddock will be very pleased when he finds out his Jersey name is changed later but he's just happily kissing Ellie for the moment with Champ nudging his side.

	After a few moments, and probably really only when Champ decides he needs more attention, Ellie broke the kiss acting to be put back down. She does give him one more short kiss as she returns to the ground. "Alright, go celebrate with your team." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Maddock hesitated putting Ellie down (because he didn't want to) but he did when she broke the kiss. He also gives Champ a little pet on the head. "You don't want to come with?" He had to ask of course. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"How about you go change, do you debrief, and let me know what's getting planned?" It wasn't really an answer, but Ellie wasn't sure if she would be up for said celebrations or even if she would be welcome as a rival coach.

However, it wasn't an outright no. She had been mentally and physically prepared for a 4 hour match, so she had at least 3 good hours in her to do something. "I imagine you lot have a whole lot of energy to burn."

	"Sure sounds good. You'll watch Champy?" he asked because she would still be sticking around right? He did have to laugh at the mention of having energy to burn. 	"Just keep him on the leash and I'll come back for him when I'm changed, promise," Maddock said and even gave her a kiss too as another promise.
