IC/OOC: Portree team staff meeting.
Just after 4, Graham calls the meeting to order.

“So, First of all, I want to congratulate everyone on a very good first half of the season. We had rough spots, but we played well against our rivals and are on a good trajectory for the playoffs. We’ll have that and the Neep coming up, so the second half should also be exciting.

“There’s not really a lot to cover, but I didn’t want anyone to feel we had unresolved issues. We’ll discuss the agenda items and then we can open up the flor for last minute items after we hit the planned discussions.

Maggie arrives on time. Like "twenty seconds before the meeting" on time. She sits on the opposite side from any and all Urquharts and averts gazes from the same. ~~She feels really bad.~~ She's here for business. And she's dreading the "Circe" agenda item. Which is fun.

But hey, there's a Portree holiday sweater under her robes! Yeah! Let's all be distracted by that instead!!!

	Alec likely comes with Graham, he's in more serious business mode and has a roll of parchment to take notes with (meetings need a scribe to summarize some things because nobody likes reading dictaquill transcripts). (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Owen shows up early and sets up the room, putting out tea and a few biscuits of different varieties. He has a few dicta-quills and several sheets of parchment ready to go. He greets Cav (and any others who might be early) and gives Maggie a wave when she comes in- there's something sympathetic in his smile. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Ellie shows up just a few minutes late. She really isn't trying to make any sort of power play. She has, as suggested -- although perhaps as a joke, sent the team for a long flight around the island. Endurance and all that. She fully intends to be back out on the training grounds in an hour -- so she is keen to keep on schedule. She doesn't really like staff meetings with ownership, way too formal for her, but can pretend when the need arises.

Banning the pink, or even refraining from comment, could be tacitly implying otherwise."
