Since we have been back, I have taken my advisors to see the land that Tony has graciously given us. We have draft ideas to begin building houses along the shore there, there will be room for other refugees there too-- I believe having midgardians in New Asgard will assist my people in adapting to their new surroundings.

We intend to build houses, duplexes even, along the shore and even out into the water. I have some builders, and we can start next week, but I anticipate that if we hire more midgardians or refugees to help us, we could get this done quicker. Loki and I have been considering selling some of the trinkets that we have from our homeworld to fund this endeavor.

	I could put you in contact with the local firm we used on the renovations on our consulate. But I am certain this refugee community would be willing to come to your aid. I am glad to hear that our people will not have to wait long till they can get settled once again. I will be returning shortly.

I am bringing with me technology, information and ships. You already know about Mr. Dameron. I also have spoken to Ms. Carter if she might assist us as a Midgardian adviser. Our people will need help understanding this realm and Midgardian culture. They are a confusing people.

How is our relationship with Wakanda? Would it be wise to share some of our salvage with them?

Our relationship is strong with Wakanda. King T'challa has been very accommodating and has been readily sharing his resources to help New Asgard become a proper refugee area in Midgard.

I believe that sharing with them would be beneficial for us, Princess Shuri is their technological advisor and she is one of the smartest people I have met. Their technology is very impressive.
