Okay. I think I understand what's going on. At least, I understand it as much as I'm going to.

My name is Sally Sparrow. Barbara explained to me what's happening, but I'm afraid I'm not sure why I'm here. I don't have superpowers, I'm not from the future. I'm actually from the past.

No one else was touched by an angel, were they? Just thought I'd ask.

Hey, Sally. I'm Sam Wilson, I'm here to help people adjust and handle more of the emotional support side of things. You're not the only one without superpowers, don't worry about that. Even a lot of us Avengers don't, I'm just as normal as you. We've got a pretty wide range of people, really.

Well, the man that greeted me had some sort of robotic suit and the woman was a super-hacker. I don't know how 'normal' that is.

I run a DVD shop back in London.

Oh, that'll be Tony. He's ridiculously smart enough not to qualify as normal. I'm a military vet who just made friends with the right people, this is all nepotism right here.

I think it's pretty understandable to be confused and lost at this point.
