I guess this is the part where I introduce myself. I'm the Buffy Tony talked about as feisty, but you try and tell me that you wouldn't get at least a little huffy when someone mocks your name.

Should I do an About Me? A What I Did With My Summer introduction? I was never good with those. Always had to hide the fact that I spent my summers stuck in sewers, slaying monsters. And one time, I even ignored the monster thing and came back to find that they were trying to resurrect a guy who killed me. (I got better.) Smashed those bones into paste during the first week of school.

Kind of felt like that remedial stuff they teach because you always forgot what you did the last year after three months with no school.

Here: repeat this, and now we move onto new and exciting things that involve way too much trauma. Algebra, am I right?

It's one of those really weird and complicated stories, but I want to preface this by saying: I am not a robot now. I just gave blood.

So I get death threats a lot. And sometimes that means people do things to protect me. Like having decoys. Or putting my soul into a robot and putting my body somewhere else so if they killed the robot, I'd still have my actual body.

I mean, there's a whole Chosen One thing that kind of makes everything in my life from 15+ really bizarre. I've learned to accept it ten years later.

You're changing the subject.

I got the first one slapped on me after I died the first time back in '45. Some kind of super-soldier 'enhancement', not that I was given much of a choice at the time.

It's kind of a long story what happened after that. I rather not get into it, if it's all the same.

This one's new. I like this one.

I tend to do that when things are awkward or uncomfortable. It's a defense mechanism.

You know, I had no idea I was a robot, so that's always fun to find out. Because you think you're pregnant and ready to get an abort

Awkward or uncomfortable? Can't say I know anything about that.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it sounds like you've been through a thing or two. Just don't tell Tony about the robot thing or he's likely to want a full-body scan.

I use humor and puns to my advantage. No one puns like me.

Without my permission, he's not getting it. I will punch that somehow perfect facial hair into next year before I let anyone do anything to me without my permission every again.

We've all got things we don't wanna talk about. Boundaries are a good thing.

Yeah. I'm definitely going to like you.

Don't get me wrong. Tony's a good guy, deep down. He's the one paying for all of this. But he's also working on the whole boundaries thing and he has his own demons he's working out.

But that doesn't mean I have to like him, either.

To be honest, I don't think he had much of a choice. Steve and I are kind of a package deal right now. One comes with the other.

And he needs Steve for this whole thing to work. Even if he doesn't want to admit it.

The Avengers thing.

When the portals started to open, we ended up coming back together. Before that, Steve and Tony had basically broken up the team because of me.

But this to work out, especially with what's coming, it's not like they have any choice but to stick it out and try to get along.
